Wax Wings

Icarus must balance between fire and foam lest his wax wings melt or become too heavy with ocean water.

The controls are UP and DOWN, on keyboard or gamepad. Supports W and S on keyboard. My hope is that the game's systems are  intuitive enough to understand within a couple of tries.  The game can be completed in less than a minute, after which there is a victory screen.

My first game project after two weeks of tutorials; I have only tried coding once before in Scratch several years ago. I strictly held myself to completing a game within a week, so that I would be forced to keep moving instead of exploring the many rabbit holes of programming, design, and art development that I came across. This project is tiny and primitive, but it is mine, and I'm proud of it.
